Customer Satisfaction Survey
Our annual CSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) has been conducted since 2003 and clients are asked to rate their last six month's experience by giving ourselves a rating from 1-6, with 6 being the highest. Clients are then asked for their comments.
The telephone survey over one week is conducted by external agent(s) and our intention is to find areas where we can improve and develop our customer service. Each year, we have direct feedback and comments from over 30% of our clients:-
