When you are on the phone with a member of our CRM support team, you will be directed to this page and one of our support technicians will provide you with a unique connection code. This is a simple two step process:-
1/ You should then enter the code into the field on the right, and click the Submit button to initiate the screen-sharing session.
2/ You will be prompted to download a small, safe, plug-in from Citrix GotoAssist
With your permission, your support representative can then view your screen and if required or you find it easier they can initiate a shared control of your mouse and keyboard.
The key here, is to remember, that you are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have over-riding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
