Remote assistance

When you are on the phone with a member of our CRM support team, you will be directed to this page and our support technician will provide you with a unique connection code.  This is a two step process:-

1/ You should then enter the code into the field on the right, and click the Submit button to initiate the screen-sharing session. 

2/ You will be prompted to download a small, safe, plug-in from Citrix.

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have over-riding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
